BFCM 2021 Policy

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Event.

The BFCM event runs from 12:00 am Friday Nov 27th 2020 - 11:59pm Monday 30th Nov 2020 with the exception of Early Access GMJ subscribed fam members. Our BFCM policy applies to all orders placed during the BFCM event.

*Storewide discounts are applicable to full priced items only. Individual prices as marked. Storewide discounts exclude sale items, gift cards and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au and we’ll organise a refund, exchange or store credit.

Any discounts/promotion codes used during BFCM will not be applied to an exchange. Exchange items will be marked at full price. Any difference in the event of an exchange will be charged or refunded. 

All refunds and store credits will be processed at the total order value. 

Gift purchase returns.  

We understand some items are purchased as a gift and may only be gifted outside the 7 day delivery window. Incorrect sizing for gift returns may be accepted outside the return window. Please send us an FYI at holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au after you've placed your order. 

All returns are subject to inspection for any signs of wear.

What if I want to cancel my order?  

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been dispatched).

What if my ring doesn’t fit?  

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. You can use our online sizing guide found on every ring product page.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, just shoot us an email and we'll organise an exchange for you.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. THIS IS our biggest event of the year and any patience is greatly appreciated. We ship express post.

When will you ship my order? 
Ready-made jewellery is shipped in 1–3 business days.

All jewellery is ready-made, unless stated otherwise.

When can I expect my package to arrive?
Australia:   
2–5 business days.

New Zealand  
5–10 business days.

USA: 
10-12 business days.

Other countries: 
15-21 business days.

Please remember that packages shipped internationally can sometimes be delayed in customs for up to 6 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order at all?
We hate waiting as much as you do. But please wait 45 business days before reporting a lost parcel. As we said, sometimes customs can delay the delivery. 

If you still haven’t received your order after 45 business days, send an email to holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au and we’ll organise a store credit.

Duties and Taxes:
Any duty and taxes are the buyers responsibility, you may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
