All jewellery is ready-made, unless stated otherwise. Sometimes, we can accommodate same day shipping. Contact us at holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au to check same day shipping availability.

We hate waiting as much as you do. But please wait 45 business days before reporting a lost parcel. As we said, sometimes customs can delay the delivery. If you still haven’t received your order after 45 business days(Tracking must state undelivered), contact us at holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au and we’ll organise a store credit.

Any duty and taxes are the buyers responsibility, you may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return through our online return portal within 21 days from your order fulfillment date. Returns or exchanges must be inline with our return policy found here.

Returns are processed as a refund or exchange for store credit.

Gold plated pieces returns: We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been fulfilled). Please contact us here.

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can return and exchange your piece 21 days from fulfillment date. All exchanges are issued with store credit valid for 12 months from issue date. Because we work with small batch items, we cannot facilitate manual exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request here and a credit note will be issued when your exchange has been processed.

Our jewellery is handcrafted, partially in our own studio/workshop and partially in our partner’s studios.

This is not a service we can provide, sorry. Most of our jewellery items are not resizable due to the stone settings.

All pieces come in a cute suede pouch packaged in a cute giftable box.

If your item is marked as "I'm Gifting This Piece/s" when adding to cart, a pink ribbon bow will be tied around the ring box during gift season (Oct - Dec).
