Do you even ship to where I live?

We ship from Brisbane, Australia to (almost) anywhere in the world.

How much is shipping?

Australian shipping is $5AUD, express, tracking included. International worldwide shipping is $12AUD, standard, tracking included.

When will you ship my order?

Ready-made jewellery is shipped in 1-3 business days. All jewellery is ready-made, unless stated otherwise. Sometimes, we can accommodate same day shipping. Send us an email at to same day shipping check availability.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Australia: 2–5 business days
NZ & USA: 10-12 business days
Other countries: 15-21 business days.

*COVID-19 may affect local shipping timeframes.

What if I don’t receive my order at all?

We hate waiting as much as you do. But please wait 45 business days before reporting a lost parcel. As we said, sometimes customs can delay the delivery. If you still haven’t received your order after 45 business days(Tracking must state undelivered), contact us at and we’ll organise a store credit.


Duties and Taxes:

Any duty and taxes are the buyers responsibility, you may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.


Returns and exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return here within 21 days from your order fulfillment date, You can return your item for a refund, or exchange for store credit.
Gold plated pieces: We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been fullfilled).

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, just shoot us an email and we'll organise an exchange for you. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Where are you located?

We’re in sunny Brisbane, Australia.

Do you have a real shop I can visit?

Not at this point. Sorry. We intend to have local stockiest in the near future.

Where is your jewellery made?

Our jewellery is handcrafted, partially in our own studio/workshop and partially in our partner’s studios.

Is all of your jewellery really handmade?

It certainly is! All our jewellery is handcrafted by highly skilled jewellers, step by step. No high-volume factory business here.



I don’t know my ring size. How can I find out what it is?

The best option would be to go to your local jewellery store and ask to have your finger sized. It’s a free service that most jewellers are happy to provide. If for any reason you can’t get your finger sized professionally, we have a section explaining how to convert and measure the best size for your finger here.

Can you resize my ring?

This is not a service we can provide, sorry. Most of our jewellery items are not resizable due to the stone settings.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All pieces come in a cute suede pouch packaged in a cute giftable box. But ribbon is an option during gift season (Oct - Dec).

Do you offer gift certificates?

Of course! Here are our gift certificate options.
