Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll organise a refund, exchange or store credit.
Gold plated pieces. We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Gift purchase returns.
We understand some items are purchased as a gift and may only be gifted outside our 14 day delivery window. Incorrect sizing for gifts may be accepted outside the return window. Please send us an FYI at email@example.com after you've placed your order if you intend to gift your order/piece.
All returns are subject to inspection for any signs of wear.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been dispatched).
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. You can use our online sizing guide found on every ring product page.
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, just shoot us an email and we'll organise an exchange for you.
