We only craft solid Brass Jewellery here at Gabi Mannella Jewellery, but it's worth noting that Brass pieces can be plated and imitated as solid Brass.
How to tell if it's solid brass? Hold a magnet to your piece, solid brass is non-magnetic.

This depends on the way you want your Brass piece to look. For the golden shine, it’s best to avoid exposure to water, salt water, sweat, cleaning and beauty products and physical abuse as much as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return through our online return portal within 21 days from your order fulfillment date. Returns or exchanges must be in line with our return policy found here.
Returns will be processed as a refund or exchanged for store credit.
Returning Gold vermeil/plated pieces: We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold-plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving them. For change of mind returns with our gold-plated pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.
Xmas gift returns.
From November 1st, we're offering an extended 40-day return and exchange window for all orders marked as gifts. Enjoy hassle-free gifting this Christmas.
All intended gift orders should be marked as “I’m Gifting This Piece/s” when placing your order, simply check the required box in your cart for each product purchased as a gift.
You can lodge your exchange through our online return portal. Accepted gift returns outside the 21-day return window will be issued with a credit note only.

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (provided it hasn't been dispatched).
