Returns & Exchanges
Ye we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return below within 21 days from your order fulfillment date, or let us know at email@example.com. You can return your item for a refund, or exchange for store credit.
Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. You can use our online sizing guide found on every ring product page.
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, you can complete an exchange of your piece 21 days from fullfillment date. All exchanges are issued with a credit note valid for 12 months.
Because we work with small batch items, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase. If you need your item urgently, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
We understand some items are purchased as a gift and may only be gifted outside the 21 day fulfillment window. Incorrect sizing for gifts may be accepted outside the return window.
If you intend to purchase and gift your order outside our return window, please email us at email@example.com after placing your order.
Accepted gift returns outside the 21 day return window will be issued with a credit note only.
Returning your piece
Jewellery must be returned in original condition, unworn, this does not include trying on for size. Before lodging your request, please read through the guidelines below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, you must lodge your return within 14 days from your fulfillment date.
All items purchased purchased via Afterpay or Laybuy are also eligible to be returned or exchanged for store credit. Your original payment schedule with the payment platform will continue until payments are completed.
Returns will be processed to your original chosen payment platform and any scheduled payments will automatically be adjusted and/or cancelled accordingly.
Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange requests can be made via our online return portal below. Please have your order confirmation number handy. Your return & exchange request must meet the guidelines outlined above.
Gabi Mannella Jewellery reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws
