Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can reach us at holla@gabimanellajewellery.com.au. All return requests must be made within 21 days from your order fulfilment date (shipping confirmation).
Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unworn. This does not include trying on for size.
Orders can be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit. Because we work with small-batch items, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please request a credit note to make a new purchase.
All returns are subject to inspection. Gabi Mannella Jewellery reserves the right to decline a return if we feel the piece has not met our return guidelines.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. We provide a sizing, conversion chart and measuring guide here, this is a guide only and does not guarantee an accurate measurement.
