Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return request using our returns portal. All return requests must be made within 21 days from your order fulfillment date(shipping confirmation). If you have questions about returning your order you can reach us at holla@gabimanellajewellery.com.au.

Jewellery must be returned in original condition, unworn, this does not include trying on for size.

Orders can be returned for a refund or exchange for store credit. Because we work with small batch items, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase. If you need your item urgently, please contact holla@gabimannellajewellery.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

All returns are subject to inspection. Gabi Mannella Jewellery reserves the right to decline a return if we feel the piece has not met our return guidelines.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer it as a free service. We provide a sizing, conversion chart and measuring guide here, this is a guide only and does not guarantee an accurate measurement.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can return and exchange your piece 21 days from fulfillment date. All exchanges are issued with store credit valid for 12 months from issue date. Because we work with small batch items, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase

Gift purchases and vouchers.

We understand some items are purchased as a gift and may only be gifted outside the 21 day fulfillment window.

Incorrect sizing for gifts may be accepted outside the return window. All intended gift orders should be marked as “I’m Gifting This Piece/s” gift when placing your order.

All eligible gift returns outside the 21 day return window will need to submit your request us at holla@gabimanellajewellery.com.au.

Accepted gift returns outside the 21 day return window will be issued with a credit note only.

Gift Vouchers and store credits are non-refundable

Returning your order.

All returns and exchange requests are processed through our return portal below. All accepted requests will be sent a confirmation email containing a return postal address and details within 48 hours after lodging your return request.

Gabi Mannella Jewellery does not charge customers fees submitting a return request.

Original shipping charges for refund returns are non-refundable.

Exchanges will be issued with store credit and will include any original shipping charges.

By submitting a return request you agree to solely be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return your order. Gabi Mannella Jewellery suggests returning your order using tracked shipping, Gabi Mannella Jewellery cannot guarantee the delivery for returns posted using non-tracked service. (FYI, standard posts inside Australia are lodged with a tracking number found on the AusPost lodgement receipt).

All returns parcels must be securely packaged and return inspections will be judged on the condition of the piece as delivered.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email notification will be sent within 24 hours, all refunds and store credits are processed within 24 hours. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment, please allow 3-5 business day to receive returned funds.

Gabi Mannella Jewellery reserves the right to deny the return if the request or item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws
