Returns & Exchanges FAQ

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return through our online return portal within 21 days from your order fulfillment date. Returns or exchanges must be inline with our return policy found here.

Returns are processed as a refund or exchange for store credit.

Gold plated pieces returns: We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.

Xmas gift returns. 

From November 1st, we're offering an extended 40 day return and exchange window for all orders marked as gift. Enjoy hassle-free gifting this Christmas. 

All intended gift orders should be marked as “I’m Gifting This Piece/s” when placing your order, simply check the required box in your cart for each product.

Gift Vouchers and store credits are non-refundable.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been dispatched).

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer sizing as a free service. You can use our online sizing guide found on every ring product page.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, you can complete an exchange request using our return portal within 21 days from fulfillment date.

All exchanges are issued with a credit note valid for 12 months.
