Do you accept returns?

Yes we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can lodge your return using our return portal within 21 days from your order fulfillment date(shipping confirmation).
You can return your item for a refund or exchange for store credit.

Gold plated pieces. 

We can only accept returns/exchanges if your gold plated piece has not been worn. This does not apply to pieces that have only been tried on after receiving. For change of mind returns with our gold plated pieces, you must lodge your return within 14 days from your fulfillment date.

Gift purchase returns. 

We understand some items are purchased as a gift and may only be gifted outside the 21 day fulfillment window. Incorrect sizing for gifts may be accepted outside the return window.

If you intend to purchase and gift your order outside our return window, please email us at after placing your order.

Accepted gift returns outside the 21 day return window will be issued with a credit note only.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after purchase (providing it hasn't been dispatched).

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

Please size your finger carefully. We recommend having your finger sized by a professional. Most jewellery stores offer sizing as a free service. You can use our online sizing guide found on every ring product page.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, you can complete an exchange request using our return portal within 21 days from fulfillment date.

All exchanges are issued with a credit note valid for 12 months.
